Granatt L.L.C. (www.granatt.com) seeks a talented Recruiter to provide Nurse recruitment expertise for our client in NJ. Qualified candidates must have a hands-on style with strong assessment, interpersonal and organizational capabilities.

Ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

?Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to generate applicant flow
?Manage and participate in the screening/interviewing process
?Extend employment offers on the client?s behalf
?Conduct focus groups with employees on recruiting and retention
?Manage the employee referral process
?Conduct follow-up interviews with all applicants and new hires to insure a professional employment consideration experience.

Requirements:

?Bachelor?s degree preferred
?3-6 yrs. Healthcare and/or Nurse recruiting experience
?Strong customer service focus
?Ability to work within a team environment
?Strong relationship building and interviewing skills
?Excellent organizational and analytical skills
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?RN Licensure is a plus
